I'm Sean Dotson, and I'm thrilled to embark on this new venture with you through the realms of industrial automation and cutting-edge technology. With almost three decades of hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship, I've been fortunate to witness the dynamic evolution of the industry from the front lines. From building my own company, RND Automation, to overseeing large-scale mergers and acquisitions, my journey has been an exhilarating exploration of possibilities in the world of robotics and automation. After a 18 year long growth journey I have left RND but still am involved in the world of automation, robotics and assembly via my advisory company Automation AMA.
